How to use therapy rapeseed

If required, cool the therapy rapeseed or it can also be used at room temperature. In therapy, the Wenea therapy rapeseed can be used to treat inflammation, sensory problems and for mobilisation and tactile stimulation of the the wrists, finger joints and lower arms.

The parts of the body being treated should be washed thoroughly beforehand and disinfected – this helps the rapeseed remain clean for longer.

Treatment tips:

Treatment with Wenea therapy rapeseed can last 15-20 minutes. Plunge your hands into the rapeseed and move them around. Feel the seeds against the skin with every movement and how they massage the skin. The temperature of the rapeseed has a soothing effect.

Therapy rapeseed should not be used for skin injuries, allergies or infections.
