Togu Balanza

Beneath the specially developed board, you will find a floating mounted air-filled ball. The ball offers an extremely dynamic instability to which you have to react using stabilising and deep muscle groups for all joints. Suitable for standing exercises with and without the use of additional products. With the integrated handles on the sides, new training stimuli can be set and full body stabilisation exercises can be done performing a plank.
