Plastic Thera Beans: a perfect blend
The plastic Thera Beans are great for developing your muscles with just few simple exercises. Each set of Thera Beans consists of two different sizes of bean which perfectly complement each other. As a result moving and shifting the beans generates consistent, controlled and non-direction-based resistance – throughout the exercise there are practically no periods when there is a lack of resistance.

You will need at least 15 kg (i.e. 3 packs or 25 litres) for training. The acrylic box is not included.
