The inlay of the Sport-Thieme acupressure mat is a soft foam core. The cotton cover features 210 circular, skin-friendly plastic pads. Together with your body weight, the mat’s fine spikes can stimulate acupuncture points and reflex zones – which can boost your metabolism and blood circulation. The acupressure mat can help improve blood circulation close to the skin, connective tissue and cells, and can loosen tense muscles.

Easy to clean
The cover can easily be washed by hand at 30°C. Just open the hook-and-loop straps and remove the cover for cleaning.
