But that’s not all the base can do: Its 4 attachment holes allow it to be mounted on the the wall (for targeted treatment of muscles in specific areas of the body). The extra-tall bumps are firm, meaning they won’t deform. The massage ball is ideal for use for areas of the body that can’t be reached using a conventional roller.
