Versatility is its key
The Varioboard manages to combine three training products at the same time: a standing platform, a disc and a rocking board. Simply by changing the position of the hemispheres on the underside, you can change between the functions. In order to guarantee a secure position during all training exercises, the extra-large surface area is fitted with anti-slip grooves. It offers enough space for standing securely with legs a hip-width apart as well as exercises whilst standing on one leg, whilst sitting or performing a plank. This allows you to train all of the leg muscles and parts of the trunk, back and stomach muscles. The ‘Trimm-Top 50 Vario’ is suitable for athletes of all different levels from rehabilitation and therapy to workouts up to functional strength training with resistance bands or weights.
