The Vario fit board from the new range of Pedalo coordination equipment takes your training to a new level. You get two products, the Vario board and the foot rockers and at the same time, lots of different exercise options. The Vario fit board is more than the sum of its parts: thanks to the clever magnetic connector system, you can combine and vary your training products with ease. Whether as two layered rocking movements, a circular and a rocking movement or a simple circular or rocking movement – tailor the training exactly to your needs. Develop all of your leg muscles, in particular those in the ankles and strengthen certain stomach, trunk and back muscles with varied exercises. The combination of rocking and circular movements is a challenge for your motor functions and coordination.
