The Pedalo “S7 Forefoot Lifter” foot gym consists of a semi-circular wooden block and a holder for elastic bands, mounted on a sturdy base. The elastic bands come in 4 different resistance levels. Place your heel on the semi-circular wooden block and slide your toes under the elastic resistance band. Relax your leg and focus on lifting your forefoot, working your shin muscle. Keep your toes straight during the exercise, i.e. when raising and lowering your forefoot.
