The Pedalo “S1 Twister” foot gym is part of the brand’s foot gym range. The base is a solid fibreboard, fitted with 4 transparent non-slip pads for extra stability. ‘Twisting’ is a dynamic exercise: Start with your feet firmly on the ground. Then, raise your calves and twist your heels to the right/left whilst on your toes. Touch down. Now raise your toes and turn them to the right/left whilst on your heels. Touch down again. Then repeat the same steps in the opposite direction.
