Train with the Pedalo foot torsion trainer which targets the ankle joint. Bad choice of footwear and lack of movement affect the foot’s muscles and movement. The coordinated torsion gives your foot the stability you need and consists of 2 movements – pronation of the forefoot and inversion of the back of the foot. This strengthens the tarsal bones as well as the calf muscles and shin muscles.

The Pedalo foot torsion trainer is ideal for training the feet because the surface contains 10 sections next to one another. Each section can be moved to the right or left to allow you strengthen your foot muscles and improve foot positioning. The Pedalo foot trainer adapts to the position of the foot. The position of the individual sections shows whether the ankle joint moves evenly from the back of the foot to the front. Misalignment and instability are highlighted and can be targeted for training in a unique way. 2 fixing rods allow the sections to be joined together.
