All-round training with the Pedalo® rotating rocker board
The rotating rocker board consists of a rotating disc with a smooth-rolling swivel head, stoppers to limit the rotation, balance hemispheres and foot rockers. The special feature: the handy magnetic connection system lets you fix the individual products together securely, but also use them on their own. This enables different multi-layered movement axes and many new exercise options, allowing multi-dimensional full-body training. Body coordination, body perception, anticipation of movement patterns, response times, joint stabilisation and stability are improved in a varied and effective way using the Pedalo sport board. The training also targets many muscles. The difficulty level can be finely adjusted to ensure that it is set in line with fitness progress.
