John “Plus” Half Ball

The “Plus” is a domed half ball fixed to a non-slip base. It is made from PVC and is 15.5 cm high. The apple green sitting ball has a diameter of 40 cm and a larger surface for sitting on than traditional cushions. The training level can be increased by changing the air pressure. Simply remove some air from the ball for a greater wobble to train your deep muscles.
