The Sport-Thieme “Gymfit” balance cushion is the perfect shape for taking the weight off your back and neck muscles: it helps you to automatically sit up straight. The cushion wobbles slightly, meaning your body is constantly rebalancing itself unknowingly – an ideal way to exercise back and pelvic floor muscles. The cushion has a needle valve and the amount of air can easily be adjusted to suit individual needs using a standard hand pump.
