The “Handmaster” hand trainer set consists of three trainers with different resistance levels, low, medium and high. Using them is simple: feed your fingers and thumb through the relevant loops. Spread your fingers normally, within the natural range of movement. Then try to clench your fist, applying pressure to the ball in the centre. Try to keep the movements fluid. The rubber loops will stretch out from the ball. The compact hand trainers are ideal for fitness and home use, but are also suitable for therapy and rehabilitation.
