The arm and leg trainer is exceptionally practical because it provides you with a compact device that you can train both your arms and legs with. You can comfortably do your exercises while sat on a chair, the sofa or in an armchair.
You can adjust the foot pedals between three heights on the ergonomically shaped frame. Using the locking mechanism, you can adjust the angle of the frame – either moving it closer to, or further away from your body. As a result you can adapt the trainer to your arm length and sitting position. The resistance level is easily adjusted using an adjusting wheel.
